SERIES 100 BRAKE ROTORS

The All-round Performance Steel Rotor.

Designed for all-round use, the Remmen Series 100 brake rotors deliver performance and longevity meeting the high demands of driving enthusiasts wherever they may be.

All of Remmen’s Series 100 rotors are one-piece steel rotors, cast using a highly controlled metallurgical formula. Once cast, the rotors undergo heat treatment in order to ensure a homogeneous crystal structure which helps mitigate warping and allows for consistent performance through countless heat cycles. All our one-piece rotors either meet or exceed OEM standards

series 100 rotors

B100: Plain & Coated

Design: Plain for comfort and corrosive environments

Plain and coated for superior resistance to corrosion in virtually any environment.

target: daily driver, commuter, Off-Roader (wet)

Daily drivers and commuters would benefit from the comfort of tight tolerances and quiet operation. Those in corrosive environments (think snow, rain, mud, salt), especially off-roaders, would benefit from the GEOMET coating.

series 100 rotors

B110: Cross-drilled & Coated

Design: cross-drilled for better gas management

Utilizing cross-drilled holes at strategic rotor locations, this series of rotors provides increased airflow and pad gas management. Expect cooler rotor temperatures over the standard, plain OEM rotors leading to increased fade resistance, better brake bite and a much smoother pedal feel.

target: as an upgrade and for high powered vehicles

Looks good, works great for managing brake pad out-gassing and offers higher than normal cooling ranges

series 100 rotors

B120: Slotted & Coated

Design: Slotted rotors for increased protection against debris

Utilizing angles slots for increased pad to rotor surface contact, expect the Series 120 Slotted rotors to provide improved bite over the typical plain OEM rotors.

target: as an upgrade for high-debris environments

Those driving in dust-filled, gravel covered, mud drenched roads and pathways may benefit from the added scraping and cleaning action the slotted rotors provide.

B130: Cross-drilled & Slotted, Coated

Design: cross-drilled & slotted for a variety of applications

Combining features of both Cross-drilled and Slotted designs, the Series 130 rotors takes advantage of the higher cooling rates of the cross-drilled design and the sweeping properties of the slotted design. Expect higher pad to rotor contact surface and cooler temperatures.

target: as an upgrade for virtually any environment and for high powered vehicles

looking for the quick and easy brake upgrade but not sure what to use? Go for the B130 rotors. They provide the best of both worlds for a wide range of driving activities.
